First District Dental Society TOSHA Update

Hello everyone!! Our TOSHA update has been scheduled. Todd Reeves, Industrial Hygiene Supervisor with Tennessee OSHA, will be with us to present our educational meeting. We are certain that this will be very informative as there are some changes due to the recent pandemic.

Join us Thursday May 4th via Zoom at 5:30 pm.

The cost of this meeting will be as follows:

Members, Dentist and team members:
$25.00 per person.

Non-Members, Dentists, and team members:
$50.00 per person.

Instructions to follow

  • Please print and return the following registration form. Registration and payment MUST be received no later than April 28, 2023 in order to get you registered for the program
  • Although individual sign up is fine, it would be a great opportunity to use this meeting as team building for your staff. So, grab some dinner and watch as a team.
  • Please make check/money order payable to FDDS. A link will be emailed to you upon receiving your registation. You may register as an office and view the Zoom as a team. All CE Certificates will be emailed to each individuals email addresses
  • PLEASE LIST ALL ATTENDEES NAMES on the registration form, (as well as email addresses) as the CE’s will have individual names on them.
  • CE certificates will be emailed out by May 10th . Please be patient with us as this is a long process. As we stated above the CE will have indiviual names on them so please write legibly or type your registration.
  • We feel as a dental society we should be able to continue to offer affordable, informative, continuing education to our dental community. We hope you all continue to stay healthy and well.

CE’s will be emailed to each individual before May 10, 2023. Please do not request prior to April 28, 2023. Please PRINT legibly. Check or money order only. No credit cards accepted. One registration form per attendee.

Registration Fee:
Members: $25.00 per person (Dentists and team members)
Non-Members: $50.00 per person (Dentists and team members)

Biography for Todd Reaves

Todd Reaves was born, raised, and lives in Greeneville, TN. He graduated from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN with a B.S. in Environmental Health. Todd has twenty-six years experience in the industrial hygiene field and has worked as an Industrial Hygiene Consultant for Tennessee OSHA Consultative Services for twenty-three years. He is a member of the Tennessee Valley Section of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.

Todd is married to his wife Carla, who is an Agency Manager with Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance. They have a son, Turner, and a daughter, Carson. Todd enjoys golfing, playing guitar, watching movies and University of Tennessee sports, and traveling with his family in his spare time.
